The ALiCE® Pro-X Screening Package enables rapid assessment of the expressibility of challenging proteins, achieving a success rate above 85%. Conducted in a high-throughput small-scale 96-well plate format, multiple proteins are processed simultaneously, with a minimum of eight proteins per run.
Standard deliverables include:
- DNA template design
- Small amount of your expressed panel of difficult-to-express proteins (purified or in lysate) or a comprehensive analysis report on protein quality where protein expression has been a success (thermal unfolding analysis, particle size distribution, self-association and aggregation propensity)
- Expression benchmarking against a panel of internal control proteins
